From spreadsheet to floor plan

Keep the work you already finished.

A seating chart should not force you to assign every guest twice. Reunela turns the table names in your spreadsheet into visual tables, then lets you refine the room.

Import existing assignments

Upload guest names, table names, and room areas. Review what Reunela detects before saving.

Arrange the event layout

Move, rotate, resize, and change table types while keeping assigned guests attached.

Keep guest lookup current

Save a table change once and use the updated assignment when that guest searches or scans the QR code.

Two useful views

See the room or focus on the names.

Map view helps with placement and flow. List view makes it faster to compare table capacity and move guests between groups.

Map view

Place round, rectangular, sweetheart, and head tables around room landmarks.

List view

Review up to five guests at a glance, collapse tables, and drag names to a new table.

Capacity protection

Full tables reject new assignments and explain that a seat must be opened first.

Visual seating chart FAQ

Can I import an existing seating chart?

Yes. Upload a guest list with table assignments and Reunela detects the tables, preserves the assignments, and prepares a visual layout for review.

Can I move a guest to another table?

Yes. Drag a guest between tables or make the change in list view. Once saved, the guest's live seating lookup uses the new assignment.

Can I use the seating chart maker on a phone?

The studio adapts to smaller screens, although a tablet or computer gives you more room for detailed floor-plan work.

Does Reunela create an architectural floor plan?

No. The studio is a practical event layout for tables, guests, and room landmarks, not a construction or code-compliance drawing.
