Accessibility
Everyone should find their seat.
Reunela is built so that guests and organizers of all abilities can use it. We are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 AA and welcome your feedback on anything that gets in your way.

Our commitment
We want every guest to be able to open a QR code, search for their name, and find their table without friction — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, larger text, or assistive technology.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. As we add features we test them for keyboard use, clear labels, and readable contrast, and we fix issues as we find them.
What we’ve built so far
Forms use visible labels, standard autocomplete hints, and clear focus outlines so they work with a keyboard and screen readers.
Status and error messages are announced to assistive technology, and the public guest search updates results in a live region so screen-reader users hear matches as they type.
Interactive controls use large tap targets for touch, the site declares its language, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers so they don’t add noise.
What we’re still improving
A full, independent accessibility audit is in progress. Areas we are reviewing include complete keyboard coverage and focus order, color contrast across every screen, readability at 200% zoom, and screen-reader testing with VoiceOver and TalkBack on the guest page.
We do not yet claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. We would rather be honest about where we are and keep improving than overstate it.
Tell us about a barrier
If you run into anything that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email info@reunela.com and describe the page and the problem. We treat accessibility reports as a priority.
Your feedback directly shapes what we fix next, and we’ll let you know when we’ve addressed the issue.
