Terms of Service

A clear agreement for a calm event day.

These starter terms describe the basic rules for using Reunela. They are practical launch language and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad paid marketing.

Using Reunela

Reunela helps organizers create event seating pages, import guest lists, publish QR codes, and let guests privately look up their assigned table.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your event details, guest data, table assignments, QR placement, and any instructions you share with guests.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe someone else has access, contact info@reunela.com.

Guest data

Only upload guest information that you are authorized to use for your event.

Do not upload highly sensitive information that is not needed for seating lookup. Meal or dietary notes should be limited to what is useful for the event team.

Payments and upgrades

Free events include up to 30 guests. A one-time event upgrade unlocks the selected event for unlimited guest imports, custom presentation, high-resolution QR downloads, and removal of Reunela branding.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing an upgrade, you authorize the displayed charge for the selected event.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy linked on this site.

Acceptable use

Do not use Reunela to upload unlawful content, harass people, violate privacy rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse guest data.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a way that could harm guests, organizers, the product, or our providers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Reunela available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, especially during beta or provider outages.

Features, pricing, limits, and policies may change as the product develops. We will try to communicate material changes clearly.

Liability

Reunela is provided as a planning and guest-lookup tool. Organizers should keep a backup of their guest list and seating plan for event-day operations.

To the extent allowed by law, Reunela is not responsible for indirect losses, event disruptions, missed assignments, or decisions made from inaccurate organizer-provided data.
